Delivery Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Standard Shipping: 5 days

Express Shipping: 2 days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 10 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

KB Scientific is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

KB Scientific is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Our Return Policy:

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

Non-Returnable Items:

Refunds Policy

Our Refund Policy:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs will be covered by KB Scientific if the reason for return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For all other returns, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
